Yes—our formulas are made with high-quality, carefully sourced herbs. However, every body is unique. We encourage you to consult your healthcare provider, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication.

3. How should I use a tincture?

Tinctures are concentrated liquid extracts of herbs. Simply place the recommended number of drops under your tongue or in a small glass of water or tea.

4. How long until I notice results?

Some herbs work quickly (such as those for relaxation or sleep), while others are more supportive over time. Consistency is key—think of herbal remedies as gentle allies, not quick fixes.

5. What is the shelf life of your products?

Most tinctures last 2–3 years if stored in a cool, dark place. Loose leaf tea and infused oils stay fresh for up to 12 months.

6. Are your products organic?

We prioritize using organic, ethically sourced, and sustainably harvested herbs. Each batch is crafted with respect for both the Earth and your wellbeing.

7. Can I take herbs alongside prescription medications?

Some herbs may interact with medications. We always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before combining herbs with prescriptions.

8. Do you offer custom blends?

We do not currently offer custom blends. If you are interested please let us know via social media DM!

9. Are herbal remedies safe for children?

Some herbs are safe for children, while others are not. Please consult your healthcare provider before giving herbs to little ones.

10. How do I know which product is right for me?

We provide detailed descriptions with each product to guide you. Consider what symptoms you're experiencing before choosing a product.

11. Can I use herbs during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Not all herbs are safe during pregnancy or nursing. Please consult with your midwife, herbalist, or healthcare provider before use.

12. Do herbs have side effects?

Herbs are generally gentle, but every body responds differently. Some people may be more sensitive. Always start slowly and listen to your body.

13. Are your products FDA-approved?

Herbal products are not FDA-approved. Our offerings are crafted as traditional herbal support, not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Shipping & Returns

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 5 - 10 business days. Keep in mind that we do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Please allow for complete processing times before inquiring about your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Willow Within does not currently ship to locations outside of the United States. However, as the business grows we would love to expand our shipping capabilities!

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Our customers are very important to us, so if you have issues with your orders please reach out!
